Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The PetPodium Weekly Photo Contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PetPodium and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Contest Period

Each Contest runs weekly from Monday at 12:00 AM PT to Sunday at 11:59 PM PT ("Contest Period"). A new Contest begins each Monday.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Download the PetPodium app and create an account
2. Complete the required voting activity (vote on 3 photo matchups)
3. Upload a photo of your pet

Limit: One (1) entry per person per Contest Period, unless you have earned a bonus entry through our referral program (maximum 2 entries per week with referral bonus).

4. Entry Requirements

All photos must:

• Feature your own pet (you must be the pet's owner or have permission from the owner)
• Be appropriate for all ages (no offensive, violent, or inappropriate content)
• Not contain watermarks, logos, or promotional material
• Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights

5. Voting

• All registered users may vote on photo matchups
• Users must complete 3 votes to unlock their upload capability
• Votes are final and cannot be changed
• Manipulating votes through fake accounts, bots, or other fraudulent means will result in disqualification

6. Winner Determination

The entry with the most votes at the end of each Contest Period will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the entry submitted first will win.

7. Prizes

Weekly Grand Prize: $1,000 USD

Prize will be awarded via PayPal, Venmo, or other electronic payment method as determined by the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Winners will be notified via the app and/or email within 48 hours of the Contest Period ending. Winners must:

1. Respond to notification within 7 days
2. Submit a verification photo showing their pet with their username and current date written on paper
3. Provide valid payment information

Failure to complete verification within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry and ban any user who:

• Creates multiple accounts
• Uses automated voting methods
• Submits photos of pets they do not own
• Engages in vote manipulation or collusion
• Violates any Contest Rules or Terms of Service

10. Content License

By entering, you grant PetPodium a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submitted photo for promotional and marketing purposes.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, winners agree to allow their username, photo, and general location (city/state) to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Limitation of Liability

PetPodium is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical failures or malfunctions
• Any injury or damage arising from participation in the Contest

13. Disputes

All disputes will be resolved by PetPodium in its sole discretion. All decisions are final and binding.

14. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California.
